Membership & bookings
Memberships, class packs and sessions are governed by the plan you select. Class and session slots are subject to availability and may be rescheduled.
Health & fitness disclaimer
Exercise and wellness services carry inherent risks. You confirm you are medically fit to participate and will follow trainer instructions. Consult a doctor before starting any new programme.
Facility rules
Members must follow gym/studio etiquette, hygiene and safety rules. We may refuse or end access for unsafe or inappropriate conduct.
Fees, freezing & cancellation
Fees are payable as displayed. Freezing, pausing or cancelling a membership follows the terms of your chosen plan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where NiskuFit is registered.
